Our customer service representatives are responsible for interacting with the customers, developing quotations, generating production graphics and following the production through to delivery.
Good telephone and organizational skills are required as is a proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment. They also must have a reasonably high level of proficiency in Adobe CS4 (both PC and MAC environments)and Microsoft Publisher and the ability to output the required files for copier, 2-color offset and full color printing presses. This is a production environment so rapid generation of high quality artwork is essential.
